Excessive Sounds is the shop we keep in front of us while we build BlueShop. excessivesounds.com is a car-audio store. The cart, the customer wall, and the community sit on one site.
We put the first version together with assisted AI, then connected it to their vendors over FTP. A vendor gets their own account and can update their side without the shop login. Hosting stays on our DL360s.
The newer work is how the shop talks. Grok Voice answers the phone and can look up an order when a customer signs in with their voice PIN. Grok Bot can sign in to the same cart and finish a job — an order pulled, a vendor file checked — when nobody is at the desk. ES Bot uses Grok when a question needs web research. The desk has its own admin bot for the same kind of work.
They told us the site went from nothing to nearly automated in less than two weeks. We are still on it with them: the catalog, the orders, and whatever the brand actually needs next.
